Global reinsurer Swiss Re has appointed Robin Spencer as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its Life & Health Reinsurance (L&H Re) business unit, effective 1st September 2025.<\/p>\n

\"RobinBased in London, Spencer will oversee Swiss Re\u2019s global L&H Re operations, focusing on strengthening service delivery, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning his team\u2019s capabilities with business priorities.<\/p>\n

His remit will include leading an expanded operational mandate across all L&H Re functions and driving the implementation of data- and technology-driven solutions to support business performance and scalability.<\/p>\n

Spencer brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the global re\/insurance industry across Asia, Europe, and North America.<\/p>\n

He currently serves as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at MSIG UK. Previously, he served as COO of Prudential Asia and CEO of Prudential Thailand.<\/p>\n

Earlier in his career, Spencer was CEO International at NN and CEO of Aviva UK & Ireland General Insurance.<\/p>\n
