Insurance Advisory Partners (IAP), a boutique investment banking firm specialising in the insurance sector, has appointed Rinki Melwani as partner, effective 25th August, subject to regulatory approval.<\/p>\n

\"\"Based at IAP\u2019s Lime Street office in London, Melwani will work alongside UK partners Clive Buesnel, Bhaven Pathak, and Benjamin James. Her appointment reinforces IAP\u2019s expanding presence in the UK and across Europe.<\/p>\n

Melwani brings over 15 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, and corporate banking.<\/p>\n

She has advised on more than 50 transactions for leading clients, including insurance brokers, MGAs, Insurtechs, re\/insurers, and asset managers, covering acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raises. She joins from Jefferies\u2019 London office and has previously held positions at Credit Suisse, Citi, J.P. Morgan, and D.E. Shaw.<\/p>\n
